Serrano Construction and Development Corp. (SCDC) is a Guam-based corporation celebrating 23 successful years in the construction industry. SCDC is a minority-owned and disadvantage small business, providing exception quality work, including construction and development of our business residential, commercial, local government, and Federal projects. SCDC has completed 8a MACC and HUBZONE MACC projects totaling contract more than $40,000,000.00 ($40 Million). These projects include new construction, alterations, repairs, renovations and remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, complete houses, offices, warehouses and BEQ’s.

HISTORY

Noli Serrano, an engineer by profession, arrived in Guam in 1989. Serrano excelled as a project estimator, structural designer and land surveyor at his place of employment. After careful review of the construction industry on Guam combined with his entrepreneurial drive, Serrano decided to start his construction business in June of 1992, as a duly licensed Guam general contractor and corporation . Today, Serrano Construction and Development Corp., also known as SCDC, is a successful and reputable company who has building on Guam for the last 23 years. Serrano is the president of the SCDC, a position he values and enjoys, as the founder of a thriving business.
